Physiotherapy at Infinity Health Centre is directed at evaluating, restoring, and maintaining physical function which may have been lost due to injury, age, or disease. Evidence-based guidelines are implemented throughout the treatment plan and initial evaluation to ensure the fastest recovery time.
What to Expect at the First Visit
Your Physiotherapists will conduct a full history and physical examination to develop a treatment plan designed to ensure the quickest healing time. Treatment will often start on the first visit and results can often be observed immediately.
How Do Physiotherapists Treat Injuries?
In addition to hands-on soft tissue therapy and exercise prescription, physiotherapy treatments often involve the use of medical acupuncture/IMS, electrotherapy, athletic taping, joint mobilizations, and lifestyle coaching to promote and maintain optimal joint health and function. Treatment plans can evolve/advance depending on your body’s response and personal choice.
