Prachi is a therapist who approaches her work with curiosity, compassion, and a strong belief that healing begins with reconnecting to one’s authentic self. Many people move through life on autopilot, guided by expectations, cultural narratives, or long-standing survival patterns. Over time, this can create a sense of disconnection from who they truly are. Prachi works with clients to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships so they can move forward with greater clarity, self-awareness, and intention.

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while remaining grounded in evidence-based approaches. Prachi integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques. With a background in biological sciences and a personal interest in how the brain and body respond to stress, she also incorporates accessible neuroscience-based psychoeducation to help clients better understand their internal experiences.

Prachi works with individuals and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and behavioral addictions or compulsive patterns. She also supports clients through life transitions, identity exploration, grief, burnout, and health-related stressors, including pregnancy and postpartum experiences, with particular attention to healing from relational wounds and betrayal trauma. Across her work, Prachi emphasizes helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves while improving connection and communication with others. Her work often resonates with individuals who feel caught between external expectations and a deeper sense of who they want to become, as well as those navigating more complex emotional and relational challenges.

In addition to her clinical work, Prachi has supported individuals in crisis through her role as a responder with Kids Help Phone, and has facilitated workshops on topics such as boundary-setting and navigating complex family dynamics. She practices through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, striving to create a space where clients feel understood in the context of their cultural background, family experiences, and personal identity.

Outside of her professional work, Prachi enjoys reading, meditation, painting with acrylics and watercolors, and experimenting in the kitchen. She also enjoys discovering new cafés, spending time in nature, and making time for learning and reflection.
