Meet Div, our Clinic Office Manager at PinPoint–Infinity Health Centre, who leads operations across two multidisciplinary clinics. Trained as a medical doctor in the Philippines, he began his Canadian healthcare journey as a physician assistant and quickly transitioned into management. He now focuses on optimizing workflows, supporting staff, and ensuring a high standard of patient care across both locations.
In his role, Div oversees hiring, onboarding, staff training, and daily clinic operations. He’s keen about building streamlined systems that improve efficiency without losing the human touch. From resolving logistical challenges to developing processes that support both practitioners and administrative staff, Div plays a central role in shaping the patient and team experience.
Div brings a growth-oriented and compassionate approach to leadership, aiming to create a positive and efficient clinic environment. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, filmmaking and finds peace somewhere between tall trees and open skies.
